For over 30 years, I've helped thousands of clients like you achieve real estate goals in buying, selling and investing. My commitment starts long before the paperwork is signed and ends long after your home is bought or sold.
I consistently rank among the top producers in sales and service, receiving Royal LePage's top recognition as a National Chairman's Club Award winner. I have an intimate knowledge of the market and follow the industry closely. I regularly attend agent-only open houses, arranged when a property first comes on the market, and therefore I know the inventory in my sales area and show homes to my clients that make sense. As one of my clients, you are provided with the latest market information and statistics on an ongoing basis, keeping you up-to-date on trends that influence your investment.
When asked about my success, I credit the integrity, enthusiasm, knowledge and hard work I bring to every transaction. Your needs and those of your family are different from any of my other clients, so my most important task is to know my clients and their families. It is my job to find out why people are moving into, or out of, a neighbourhood. I have learned over 30 years what makes certain neighbourhoods attractive to different types of clients, and this ultimately is my advantage over other sales reps in the field. My approach is logical and practical: because I'm well versed in the techniques of many area agents, and ready to speak up at any time on behalf of my clients, negotiations are more profitable for you. And while real estate is never fully predictable, one thing that should never be a variable is the professional you've chosen to represent you. Through years of experience I've built a strong team of professionals and contacts - trades people, financing specialists, home staging services, etc., which I use to achieve the best possible results for my clients. I'm also one of only a few real estate professionals in the Etobicoke area to employ a personal Administrative Assistant to support the administrative details at my office as well as a social media manager on my team. This means that I'm able to stay on the road and am available to look after your concerns, no matter how small.
My Home and Community
I've been living and working in the west Toronto area my entire life and continue to be very involved in many community activities. I am proud to say that my husband Bill Gludish and I raised our two children here, Carolynn and David. I continue to happily reside with my dog Wilson in Princess Anne Manor.
