24: Hours after the start of the New Year when I received an offer on a listing.

3rd: Birthday when my Granddaughter received her first electric red Mercedes convertible!

1: Baby orphaned elephant “Rapa” sponsored at Christmas for my Granddaughter through The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust.

120: Hours spent emptying out my garage just enough to park a car inside on snowy days.

3,775: KMS travelled to Costa Rica for the annual Chairman’s Club Retreat.

1: Burned out Blackberry in Costa Rica.

23: Minutes spent on the phone to arrange for a replacement to be shipped.

1: Sickly raccoon blocking the brokerage front door for 3 hours; 200+: Agents not able to come in; Countless: Hearts broken when Animal Services took him away.

1,074: Christmas cards signed and mailed out for the holidays.

43: Bags of leftover Halloween chips eaten by my team; 12: Total pounds gained between then and New Years.

6 : Days I had a horrible cold at the start of Winter; 6: Days spent working from home.
