Springbrook Gardens

Springbrook Gardens has quickly become a high-demand living area in Toronto’s west end, now referred to by some as the new “Forest Hill”.   The neighbourhood sits next to The Kingsway, bordered by a lovely stretch of Bloor Street, Islington Avenue to the west, Norseman Street to the south and Royal York Road to the east. Typical of all neighbourhoods in Etobicoke, this residential area was built so it was people- friendly and safe for kids to play in.

The large lots and great location has made it attractive for renovating bungalows into two storey homes. These homes are generally well designed and in keeping with the neighbourhood character. Here you have the best of both worlds—traditional charm, tree-lined streets with updated, larger homes for growing families.

For commuters, travelers, and those on-the-go, the area is perfectly situated. You can be downtown in 15 minutes by car or public transportation, and walking distance from the subway or GO Transit. Both Pearson International Airport and the Billy Bishop Island airport are a short ride away.

Shopping, dining and strolling along Bloor Street are main attractions. The shops include high-end fashion, children's stores, book stores, specialty shops, upscale restaurants, fruit and vegetable markets, bakeries and coffee shops. There’s also a myriad of professional services located along the street. Excellent public, private and specialty schools include the Karen Kain School for the Arts and nearby Etobicoke School for the Arts. Want to get away to some green space? Enjoy the many parks and recreational facilities, including a pool at Norseman Community Centre. Lora Hill Park is another favourite. There are tennis courts for adults, and two children's playgrounds, a covered sandbox and puppet theatre for kids.

Some favourite spots? The Longest Yard is a popular local restaurant, great for brunch. And two great annual events bring everyone out for a good time: Pumpkinfest each Halloween and the Taste of the Kingsway Festival in early September.
You have great Real Estate.
Shouldn't you have a great Real Estate sales rep?
